TheShepherd Loho-u-Ter Shadrach is the team lead of The Thrive House, a network of organizations that help people thrive.

He has a technical education in carpentry and joinery, studied architecture through direct organizational training, and has two certificates in cross-cultural relationships. He also has a National Diploma (ND) in Fine and Applied Arts, a degree (BA) in Education, and a Master of Arts (MA) in Leadership and Administration. His doctoral studies and personal experience have further equipped him as a leadership, relationship, authorship, and fitness coach.

Shadrach is a certified author with ACTS and has written over 40 books. He has over 30 years of accumulated work experience in three architectural firms, two art studios, and four organizations. He was also a unit leader with a Grand Cereals and Oil Mills mega distributor, the Nigerian team leader of Life Challenge Africa, the lead shepherd of ECWA Lifespring Church, and a part-time lecturer at Jos ECWA Theological Seminary—JETS. He is currently the Production Executive of Triune Concepts, and a team leader of TEAM-Tripartite, Thrive House, LEADS and Scrollhouse Publishing. He is also an adjunct lecturer at RCN Theological Seminary (ADULLAM).

Shadrach is a caring husband and father, a selfless and people person, and a guy who wants everyone around him to thrive.
